Established in 2002 Fitness 4 U offers swimming classes from birth to adults to suit all ages and abilities. Whether it is a babies first time in the water, a toddler, a child who needs to learn to swim independently or someone who can already swim but need help with their technique Fitness 4 U can cater for everyone. Fitness 4 U is based in St Columb Major so is within easy reach from Newquay, Truro, Bodmin, Wadebridge and the surrounding areas. Competitively priced a range of lessons are available from one to one, shared private lessons, or groups. With an ethos of fun and a friendly atmosphere Fitness 4 U is a great choice wherever you are in your swimming journey.

National Curriculum Swimming

Fitness 4 U have many schools utilising the swim school, to teach their National Curriculum swimming and regularly runs courses for PE teachers in local schools supporting them with additional knowledge and techniques to support their delivery of swimming in the national curriculum.
