Since 2002, Fitness 4 U Ltd has been helping swimmers of all ages and abilities build confidence in the water. From a baby’s very first splash to adults refining their technique, we offer tailored lessons to support every stage of the swimming jounery. Conveniently located in St Columb Major, we’re easily accessible from Newquay, Truro, Bodmin, Wadebridge and surrounding areas. Lesson options to suit your needs: One-to-one teaching, shared private sessions and small group clasess. All competitively priced and delivered in a friendly, supportive environment. With a focus on fun and encouragement, Fitness 4 U Ltd is the perfect place to start swimming, improve your skills or simply enjoy time in the water.
National Curriculum Swimming
Fitness 4 U have many schools utilising the swim school to teach their National Curriculum swimming, and regularly runs courses for PE teachers in local schools providing them with additional knowledge and techniques to support their delivery of swimming in the national curriculum.
