Established in 2002 Fitness 4 U Ltd offers swimming classes from birth to adults to suit all ages and abilities. Whether it is a baby’s first time in the water, a toddler, a child who needs to learn to swim independently or someone who can already swim but needs help with their technique, Fitness 4 U Ltd can cater for everyone. Fitness 4 U Ltd is based in St Columb Major so is within easy reach from Newquay, Truro, Bodmin, Wadebridge and the surrounding areas. Competitively priced, a range of lessons are available from one to one, shared private lessons, or groups. With an ethos of fun and a friendly atmosphere, Fitness 4 U Ltd is a great choice wherever you are in your swimming journey.
National Curriculum Swimming
Fitness 4 U have many schools utilising the swim school to teach their National Curriculum swimming, and regularly runs courses for PE teachers in local schools providing them with additional knowledge and techniques to support their delivery of swimming in the national curriculum.
